Shipping Policy

Bublepik ships ergonomic wrist rests and desk comfort products from our fulfillment partners to supported destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability, delivery estimates, and any shipping cost are confirmed before you complete your order.

Where we ship

Our store currently supports checkout for the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China when the selected product and address are eligible. Some products, addresses, or regions may be unavailable because of carrier limits, customs rules, or fulfillment constraints.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing can take longer; we will contact you if there is a meaningful delay.

Estimated delivery time

For eligible United States orders, standard delivery is generally estimated at 1-9 business days after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery times for Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China can vary by destination and carrier availability. The checkout page provides the most current shipping information for your address.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping is available for eligible United States orders unless a different shipping charge is displayed at checkout. Any applicable shipping cost, tax, duty, or import fee will be shown at checkout when Shopify or the carrier can calculate it.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email address used at checkout after your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes

Please contact us at service@bublepik.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We can try to update an address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed by the fulfillment partner or carrier.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at service@bublepik.com with your order number and delivery address. We will review the shipment and help with the next step.
